How It Works

Following your free consultation, Lesley our Registered Dietitian will utilize advanced software and her years of experience to build you a customized diet and exercise program, tailored to your needs, preferences, and goals.

She will take into account:

  • Your food preferences

  • The time you have to cook 

  • The time you have to exercise

  • Your medical conditions

  • Your genetics

  • Your eating habits

  • And much more

Following the construction of your custom plan, you and your Dietitian will review the plan together. Your plan will include what to eat, how much, and what time to eat. It will also provide you with simple & delicious recipes! After this, you will check in with us daily, updating us on your progress and if you have any questions.
